Our ethics and values
-
Social responsibility
We are committed to giving back and creating a better world. That's why we donate 20% of our profits to good causes. We support selected artists and events by providing free or subsidised promotion services, and we donate to and support organisations and projects that work on issues such as climate change, ecology, and homelessness.
We also manage our own ecological and rewilding project in the uplands of Wales in the UK.
-
Active Listening
We value the input and perspectives of artists and event managers.
We actively listen to their needs, desires, and feedback to continually improve our services and adapt to their evolving requirements.
Q) Is this some kind of management bullshit speak?
A) No.
-
Innovation and Positive Disruption
We embrace innovation and strive to be at the forefront of positive change in the industry. We're not afraid to shake things up for the better.
Authentic Relationships: We prioritise building true fan bases that genuinely care about the artist's music and artistic journey. We understand the importance of genuine connections and believe in nurturing those relationships over the long term.
Integrity: Our actions are always guided by honesty, transparency, and fairness.
-
Use of AI and ethics
We have full oversight of any AI assistance that we may use for promotional activities, and we are constantly monitoring the latest evidence on AI technology and how it can be employed positively.
Q) Do we think that if AI is used carefully and responsibly, it can radically change the power structures on planet Earth and provide massive opportunities for independent artists and events?
A) Hell yes.
